License Activation & Domain Guidelines

This guide explains how to activate your commercial Zoventic GEO Pro license key, manage development subdomains, and deactivate keys when moving sites.

1. Activating Your Pro License

1. Complete your purchase at zoventic.com.
2. Locate your License Key in your purchase confirmation email (format: ZGEO-PRO-****-****-****).
3. Ensure both zoventic-geo (core) and zoventic-geo-pro (add-on) are installed and active.
4. In your WordPress dashboard, navigate to Zoventic GEO > License.
5. Paste your license key into the field and click Activate License.
6. All Pro tabs (Rank Radar, BYOK Enricher, Action Scheduler, Weekly Digest) unlock immediately without requiring any page reload.

2. Staging & Localhost Policy

We believe development and testing should be painless for merchants and developers:

• Included Localhost Domains: Keys can be activated on localhost, 127.0.0.1, and local virtual hosts (e.g. *.test, *.local) without counting against your production domain quota.
• Staging Subdomains: Staging environments (e.g. staging.yourstore.com, dev.yourstore.com) are permitted alongside your primary production domain.

3. Transferring or Deactivating a License

If you redesign your site or migrate to a new production domain:

1. Go to Zoventic GEO > License on the original site.
2. Click Deactivate License.
3. Once deactivated, the key is freed immediately to be activated on your new domain.
